Sekong-ta oi (via phonh songkhon,salavan)
After sekong i turned right et phonh,then right again at the y jct and then left a bit further.I wanted to go to taoi via kathang but couldnt find the rd.I did turned right at some point and ended at Kaleum.The rd to get there is really nice,i thought that was the rd to Salavan.River very deep and no boat to cross.So turn around at kaleum and asked the villager for the rd to Salavan and they send me on a really nice single track rd.It last a few km and ended up on the rd to Salavan via nongboua.
After lunch in Salavan it was quite early so i decided to go to Ta oi.
The first 30km are very nice ,then they are building a new sand rd which was also very fast and then it gets a bit rougher until you hit the hochimintrail,which.btw is a nightmare on a click...
Its really rocky for about 10 km,then back to sand rd.
Stayed in taoi g-h.yellow sigh with tel. num. and lao writting in red.clean rooms,shared bathroom.
Ta oi- sepon (via doub,padchoudon,nong)
Nice ride,good river crossing(padchoudon).Friendly viets there.
In Patoy Ngai,i took the wrong rd,its going back south.When you get in the village,the way north is on the right side of the village.
