Started off 40 years ago as a tribal clothing shop named: Oung Gueng Mong
but linked up with the UN & Royal Projects helping hill tribes grow alternative crops to opium
They progressed to provided an outlet Chao Thai Phu Kao to sell Lychees, Longans, Wild rice, Castor Bean, Carrots, Tomatoes, Cucumbers, and especially, Red Kidney Bean which was successful in promoting and introducing it into the market.
Then came an association with Department of Agriculture Extension who assisted developing coffee in North Thailand.

Hillkoff is now the major outlet for coffee & coffee shop machines + equipment in the North.
