My wife and I are in Savannakhet heading to Pakse, Laos in the next few days and heading south. We are looking to buy a 2nd hand 110cc-125cc motorbike (prefer Japanese made) in Pakse, Laos so we can explore the South of Laos a little more freely and then heading in to Siem Reap to meet family (I am of Cambodian decent). Therefor I hope to have the bike registered to me so I can cross borders.
Any help or information would be greatly appreciated.
