SE Asia Honda XR200 vs old USA XR200 version engines?

I know the SE Asian version has a different bore and stroke, and electric start where the USA version did not.

I'm wondering if a stroker crank made for the US version would fit in the Asian version? I think the cases or at least the case bolt patterns are the same

Powroll should be able to tell you but you'll need to know the Honda engine type, not simply XR200 but that might also suffice. Richard at motorcycle.in.th might be able to help with engine types.

Another way might be to send Powroll a base gasket and ask! Or at least ask if that would help.

From what I've read recently Powroll isn't as sharp as it used to be. Something about the owner turning over control to his kids?

I asked the company some years ago if one of their cams would work on this engine and just got a one word answer.

The stroker kit in mind with larger piston and offset crank pin is made in Brazil or Portugal.
