Seat Replacement in Chiang Mai

Can anyone advise me on where to go for a seat saddler in CM?
Also I need to have a pad made for my topbox as my passanger is complaining that my gaffer tape and bath pillow combo doesn't go with her ensemble!
Is there a stockist of the gel-pad strap-on ala BBQ [now that doesn't sound right] here in Thailand?

The guy down Wulai road off the south side of the canal around the old city is OK. His shop is on the right as you head south on Wuali and he's just opposite the orphanage.Been there many times. Agree on price first and when it will be finished.
