I don't know if all you F650 owners already know this but I thought it would be worth mentioning anyway.
Mine was imported from Japan and while tinkering with the throttle I noticed it was only getting 3/4 open at full throttle.
Turned out that there was two different size cam linkages on the throttle body and when I changed it to the other one it opened fully.
I know that Jap models are restricted in power outputs (a lot have restrictor plates between the carb and intake manifold) and was this an easy way for BMW to restrict the power of their bikes?
