As for the # 5, I also got this PPT presentation about the Bolivian death road years ago but if you look at it once more you'll see that the whole vegetation & rocks don't match. A chinese business partner confirmed the info too.

Interesting as slide 2 of the PP presentation purports to be from said Bolivian road
but your link appears pretty comprehensive as well as interesting...
Pity really as it appears it's another photoshoped phantom, rather like the Queen of the Nagas fish pic
