Ban Pakard Pailin Battambang

Hi....Does anybody has a latest information about the Ban Pakard Pailin crossing?Does the National Road 57 from the border to Battambang passable for a sport touring bike(honda black bird/kawasaki ER6 etc)?

As long as there is no rain with 24-48 hours you will be fine. If it rains just wait for it to dry out. Most of it would still be no problems in the wet. However you only need to get to one strech of very slippery mud and its all over and the side of the road is not a pleasent place to be. The other thing that can cuase you problems in the wet is the mud getting stuck between the fender and the tyre. I have seen this happen on a SL230.
