Got me his came from ride Thailand Magazine with is daughter translating to english. She is 22 and speaks good english

0600hrs. Breakfast.
0800hrs. Assembly at JB Hotel for flag-off.
0830hrs. Speech by Head of Tourism.
0845hrs. Flag-off by Head of Tourism.
Escorted convoy departs for Surat Thani.
Back-up vehicle/tow truck travelling with convoy.
1030hrs. Km 146 from Hadyai – fuel stop for bikes with shorter range.
1100hrs. Fuel-stop & snack for main convoy at Thung Son, 182km from Hadyai.
1200hrs. Resume ride to Surat.
1300hrs. Km 252 from Hadyai – fuel stop for bikes with shorter range at Wiang Sa.
1400hrs. Arrive at Diamond Plaza (Event Hotel), Surat Thani.Collection of Event Package at Diamond Plaza.Checking-in at various hotels (Surat Bikers on hand to guide & assist).
Free & easy afternoon.
1800hrs. Welcome Party & Buffet hosted by Provincial Administrative Organisation of Surat Thani, featuring stalls providing local fares. Venue is Narit Bridge, an esplanade along Tapi River.

0600hrs. Breakfast.

Convoy ride through Surat Thani.

Change of location it will now be in Bueng Samphan
For GPs folk aprrox.
Lonitude 101 Degrees 0 min. 21.4 seconds
Latitude 15 degrees 47 mins. 50.6 seconds
For poor Folks LOL
On Hwy 21 3.81 Klms south of Hwy 225
The group will meet at 0900 At the Caltex Station on Nung Bua Lampho Highway.
Lucky has the contact info on Hotels.
This is scheduled as an overnight event. But it is not a long ride.

if you come to Surat Thani for the 3 Nation Charity Party......
my additional hotel recommendation ranking as follow :
No 1 100 Island Resort www.roikon.com
( around 200 mtr. distance from the event hotel, HWY 401 to Nakhon/Samui, opposite TESCO LOTUS, highly recommended, top place, low price,THB 700/800 )
No. 2 PRINCESS PARK Hotel www.princessparkhotel.com
( next to 100 Island Hotel , Halal food, price around THB 500,00 )
No.3 Siamthanihotel wwwsiamthanihotel.com
( around 500 mtr. from the event hotel into the city ,city Hwy 401,
right side, 300 mtr. after first traffic light. )
All hotels do have covered parking lot, good food etc.
Some more good Hotels on HWY 401 to Nakhon / Samui. Low prices
around THB 500,00. Most are new , clean and do have restaurants.
Ranking no 1 is absolut top, natural builded, with massage, restaurants,
next to CROSSROAD... live music, open air, sport TV etc.etc.
Night action ... around Southern Star Plaza, downtown.
Not so much as CM , but for one night, okay.
