Got it at a pretty big parts store on a small soi called Police Road, but there are no police there.

It is a very narrow soi (no wider than an alley) that runs between Phosri Road (Kasikorn Bank's main office is on the corner) and Prajak Road. It is closer to the Prajak side of the soi. Coming from KBank, it is on the left. Hope that helps.

There is an "older" lady in there who speaks good enough English to get the job done. She has always been very cheerful and helpful.
