|
|
When I was in Cambo last month (Feb-07, I visited a new
and excellent bike shop that just opened in Phnom Penh,.
called Adventure Moto. The shop is located 16E St. 136,
just a block away from Sisowath Quay and the river.
Mobile: 012-189-6728
The owners, Brady and Jeff, are both avid bikers and
excellent mechanics. They previously worked for a US
airline as aircraft & engine mechanics.
Their shop is laden with more 'Snap-On" tools than many
race car crews have. They also have a TIG welder and the
only plasma welder I've seen in PPenh.
They have rentals...the bikes either new or low mileage
and in superb condition. XR & Baja 250's, CRM 250,
XR 650's (the only rental 650's in town) and some
small motos. Rental prices are similar to those at
"The Bike Shop" and unlike the cheaper bikes from
"Lucky-Lucky" the bikes will be reliable. Helmets
are provided with rentals.
They also conduct off-road and road tours throughout
Cambodia. |

I'll give jeff and Brady a thumbs-up aswell. Recently rented two bikes for two weeks from Adventure Moto and rode 2000km on the dirt without a glitch.
Highly recommended. |

When I was recently in Cambo...to avoid Pattaya's Songkran (ugh!),
I noted that Adventure Moto has added 2 Suzuki 400cc dirt bikes to their lineup. |

I agree, Jeff & Brady are top notch! Helpful, organized, with primo, well maintained machines.
Other coolness: They instigated a street cleanup program with other businesses on there street..other streets are now doing similarly i here! |
