Anyone know if Laos visas are issued overland at Nong Khai if you take the bus?

If so, what all is reuired? I am an American with a Thai non-immigrant Visa.

Visa on arrival at all airports and international border crossings.

You get the visa in Laos at the Friendship Bridge.

You need one photo. Fee is $30, and $31 on the weekends.

Visa is good for 2 weeks. If you want a longer one, you have to get it in advance.
