I have downloaded many, many post here on Laos and Cambodia but still can't quite decipher the road conditions from Thailand into either country. I ride a Honda Super Four and wonder what the conditions are like across the border a)actually crossing b) into the major towns and c) outside of towns.
In October/November how passable are these roads and would December or Jan make a much better ride on a sport bike?
Thanks,
kyle

Kyle sorry for any delay as riding season has been a little slow and so have my internet visits.
the road is complete between phnom penh and siem reap and phnom penh and sisophon. poipet to sisophon is asphalt but potholed. I cant comment on the ling between sisophon and siem reap as I keep missing that due to better dirt tracks to the north. I imagine the road is still bumpy for that leg. |
