Hi Dave,
This thread lists some of the reliable motorcycle hire companies in Chiang Mai, most have telephone number, some have websites. GT-Rider does not have any bikes for rental. Just supplying the information for you to contact the shops directly. You should not have any trouble with bike rental at that time of year in Chiang Mai. Outside the main peak season.
