You never see a motorcycle parked in front of a psychiatrist’s office.

Pro Klean is now Big Car Wash - Christmas Eve 2011

I had to do a u-turn as I passed it the first time looking for Pro Klean.
Here are the new signs and rates for autos. They charged me 150 baht for my CBR 250.

They did a great job on my bike. Post about that under separate cover.

Great bike wash at Big Car Wash (ex-Pro Klean) after following leaking cement truck

I was really concerned about the specks of cement all over the bike so I went to Big Car Wash. I did not have to set up an appointment and the wash took an hour.

150 baht for the entire service. They have a little sitting area for coffee, but there are also 4 or 5 restaurants in the soi behind: Korean BBQ, Japanese, Thai and more.

Is Big Car Wash now called The Eight or are they both operating in the same soi? I followed the directions and either ended up in the wrong place, or ended up with a very 'ordinary' wash on the bike.

    Sharktooth,
Big Car Wash is still in the same place. Check out my posts from 24 Dec 2011 below. You can't miss the Big Car Wash sign.
From Old City go NW on Huay Keow Rd (out past Kad San Kaew shopping mall) and it is on the left hand side just before the Superhighway.

Yeah JB that's the directions I took and saw the Big Car Wash sign from the road. As soon as you turn left and enter the Soi the cleaning area is on the left and the shop and office is on the right yeah? It looked the same from your photos, but the receipt said "8 The Eight, Car Wash." and as I said, the job done was nothing special. Maybe Big Car Wash is further down that soi?

No, you found it fine. Sorry they did a bad job! They have made my bike look like new each of the 3 times I have been in there.

I am actually looking for a bike wash shop on the east side of town or San Kampaeng area.

No biggie man. Maybe I just got them on a bad day, or should have hung around (although I've never been much into looking over guys shoulders when they work). By the looks of your pics though, you seem to have done alright in the past.

    The airport shop

It's been awhile since I've been over to Somchit's for some work on the AT - over a year - because Somchit said he has had the aircon coffee shop for more than a year now.

The coffee was excellent & the free wifi worked perfectly.
So you can relax in comfort while they are working on your bike or whatever it is you are doing at Somchit's.
