    GOOD NEWS

Caltex now re-introducing regular NON gasohol 95 around the country ,

many Pattaya,Chonburi and Rayong area stations already have the new pumps selling pure 95 like shell V power and yes its 40baht so it is premium price.

Good for me.. Have a caltex just round the corner.

Was a pain to cross the island just to fill up.

It seems strange to drop it then re-introduce it again

    Consumer demand ??

I can live with just 91, it makes my car a bit rattly but its doable.. What bothers me is when your out and about and pull in for 91 tammada to get the mai mee.. When that happens its a hassle as both my main vehicles really dont like gasohol.

    Surprised to read this.
Never realised Caltex had dropped the 95 Octane. The one down my road had always been available.

Sure that wasnt 95 Gasohol ??

Round here they phased out 95 regular and only had 91 reg and 95 and 91 gasohol.. Only places that had 95 reg was Shell with the V-Power brand.

Probably consumer demand and profit because it is 10 baht a litre more tha Gasohol.

Nope, defo 95 regular. I usually fill my mighty Tiger with it. Think it 41baht to a litre.
