Ben, how do I delete unwanted images from the File Upload Manager I have been using for my Profile Albums?
Also, I'm still unable to add new (small) images to album 2.

Sadly, it seems that no-one can answer this question.
In fact the whole 'My Profile' facility remains a mystery.
I've succeeded in creating one album but can't progress further that
two images in the second album.
Frustrating.
