I doubt you'll find any decent (if any) protective gear for the rotund, in PPehn...
However...I suggest you speak with Jim at his California 2 restaurant/guesthouse on the riverfront (Sisowath Quay)
If anyone might know, he might be the person to chat with.

Yes, I was unable to find any kind of protective gear in PP. I couldn't find time to head to that guest house in the end either. My friend lives and works in PP and if he come across anything I'm sure he'll let me know and then I can update this post later.
Back in Vietnam now - I'll post on that forum.
