Anybody staying in Nong Khai or Udon Thani? I'm planning of shipping a helmet from Chiang Mai to any of the two places instead of Vientiane where I'm staying (shipping price is outrageous and already had a bad experience )Maybe a good samaritan could help me use his shipping address or PO Box then I'll just pick it up from his place. Thanks!!!

Do they offer the service in Nong Khai?. I didn't know that it could be done in Thailand. I'll give it a shot anyways. Thanks David!
