So, is this just another ridiculous a sue happy litigant or will this be a new

Exactly. I think I remember reading that story next to the story of the woman with two vaginas loosing her virginity twice.
I can understand anyone having a knee-jerk reaction and immediately discounting such a bizarre claim,
but the original source citing the filing of the legal suit is a service which lists new cases which have been filed with the court system.
