Hi,

I've had a look around the forums but haven't been able to find anything recent on crossing from Laos to Vietnam - apart from the 175cc maximum. Would it be possible to take a bike from Laos to vietnam through one of the border crossings? I read a 2006 report that the vietnamese will only permit Minsk motorcycles to enter vietnam - is this still the situation? I would appreciate some advice also on which type of MC is most likely to yield success. Thanks for any help
