It was highway 2 until the left turn for the 2021 to Ban Phue then about 30 km west of Ban Phue it was a right onto the 2376

The 2376 was the only one of the roads crossing over to the 211 that I hadnt rode, so today sorted that out

Its flatter this way than the further west routes but okay. I stop in Sangkhom for something to eat at DD Guesthouse, I was told about this place by some of the Udon guys and the western food was good, its run by an Irish chap called Donald, a nice fella and well worth stopping here

The Mekong has dropped noticeably since I was last here a month ago

At least they wont go hungry tonight
