The new 2021 KLX300 were released last night.


The dual sport.

It has slimmer Radiators than the old KLX250, the seat is a touch higher, while ground clearance is reduced a little. The motor is based on the KLX300R off road model.

There's also the KLX300 Supermoto.

They must of been planning this for some time as Honda just released their 300? I haven't seen any figures yet on HP from Kawasaki and they don't show them anywhere even on the 300R so lets hope it is up there with the Honda which at 31.5 isn't bad?

An upgraded/upsized engine is great news. Also Kawasaki claims no weight gain and good power in low and mid range rpms - which I think is much more important than a few more HP at a million rpms. But no details out yet about power/torque....?
Should have increased the gas tank size and maybe the dash which imo is a bit outdated. But all in all it seem to be a great upgrade from Kawasaki.
