(Initial unboxing and then my thoughts at approx one month later).

Around a month ago I received a pair of #Pamabo Tour boots, after the company contacted me and offered me a chance of testing them out. Who is going to say no to a great offer like that?! My only concern was wondering if I would like them after such a nice offer, and dreading having to give a thumbs down, but it is ok, I really like them. So, I figured I would return the nice gesture by posting here on GT.Rider, seeing as they are a relatively new brand being made in Thailand, and more exposure will help.
Initially the boots felt stiff, but once the boots softened in (after about 2 days use) they felt extremely comfortable and lightweight. A nice looking boot too, so I feel fine about wearing them into nice coffee shops etc, when out on a ride. I have even worn them out on a casual night out with friends.
One feature I particularly like is the soft suede inner lining at the top around the boot. Often a problem area for rubbing/sweating etc. Having the suede negates the need for long socks and the suede feels super soft.
These added bonus is that the boots are locally made in Thailand, which means they are good value as no import tax. I was given a size guide and advice on the best fit and the boots were sent to me from Bangkok up to Chiang Mai by express post. In the box I received the boots, a backpack carry bag for them, a long sleeved t-shirt, and some company stickers.
So, I am happy to report it is two thumbs up for the boots.
Pamabo have also kindly offered a discount code for the tour boots (which are UNISEX). Just mention "motogirlthailand" and you will receive a 5% discount per pair. So hope that helps, if you are interested in buying.
The boot is ฿3,800 with free shipping within Thailand
100% Leather. Water and heat resistant
Anti slip and easy to clean.
