Dear Jafo,
I',m not sure if you are needing a hoist, or a lift.....maybe thats a language barrier between USA and the other speaking english countries.
If you need a lift, as in a maintenance lift, we have several options in Thailand.
The First is a ABBA SKY LIFT, out of Koh Samui. around 25 to 35k if I remember right.
They make a whole line of niffty lifts, stands and dolleys for the Shop and Weekend Garage guy!
Abba Stands Thailand
The Second would be 320SP in Bangkok, Khun Yod has both Rear Lifts and Front Static Lifts for most bikes, but you will need to find a machine shop to make the various (front pin) sizes used in todays modern Bikes, as one size does not fit all..... Especially the new Yamaha Liter Bikes. He also has stands for Side swing arm bikes as well.

The 3rd option would be a local Shop/manufaturer called BIKE LIFT.

We have no knowledge of this product, but it looks like as good a construction from AQQ Hoists in Austrailia.
