Hi All,

I fancy a week of riding in the mauntain region of Petchabun, some 6 hours from Bangkok.

Does anyone know a motorcycle rental place?

Cheers,
Chris

Don't think we have any GT Riders up there.
Been up through Petchabun and it's great but I believe it will be thin on the ground for rentals; unless you want a Honda Dream?

You would most probably be best off renting a bike around where you are and riding up there.

I have to agree with Peter. The only thing you may find in the way of bigger bikes in Petchabun or Lomsak is a 200cc Phantom. Even Khon Kaen has no bigger bikes than that. Khorat or Udon Thani are the nearest with bigger rental bikes.

nuwatmat - great news!

Take the road starting at Wat Don Mueang towards Tiwanon Road. Our condo village is named Champs Elysees and starts at the Caltex fuel station on the right side near the big crossing. The local Songtaew goes to Don Mueang... It's a small world!

We used to stay at the Thai military on the right side, a few hundred yards past the TOPS.

Rents fell in the area, including for condos. 1 BR 36 m furnished places go for 6 k. But I suppose you have everything sorted?
