Fuel: No more 91?

Hello,
I have just returned from a period of work overseas, now back in Chiang Mai to discover that the fuel stations no longer sell 91..

I ride a Kawasaki ER6 and am not sure what to use now. I don't know anything about the subject so if someone could kindly point out what fuel to use and reasons behind it? also what fuel not to use etc...

Hopefully soon as I need to fill today..
