You want to know how to import parts: Any HP2 owners on the board?? Just wonder what your experiences have been like trying to buy Touratec parts direct from Germany have been like. How hard do customs hit you for parts etc when they come in Express mail.

You’re pissed off with Motozone: If you are thinking of buying a bike from Motozonebkk.com in Bangkok. Take a Thai solicitor before you purchase a bike.

You bought a BMW in Bkk: Hi Yut, glad you are kepping well. I ended up buying the HP2 from Barca. Kuhn J was very helpful, think he is with Ducati now. Will pop down the shop and see you sometime...

You have a score to settle with Alex: Hi Alex, I'd like to do some business with you, but we need to settle the old score first. I'm sure we can do this in an amicable fashion and move on, but it does need to be settled.

You want a good mechanic: Just for a couple of days work to come and get all my bikes going. I have a place in Hang Dong where I store my bikes, and just need somebody to help me get all 10 of them going. Will pay good daily rate to anybody interested.

You’re still pissed off with Motozone: Well I suppose the saving grace of the Motozone/Xtremezone episode is that Kieron and Alex (owner) assured me something will be worked out, apart from the 1.12 Million baht that I am owed, there is still the case of a book for a Ducati 996 that I never received from TAZ from the other french jerk called Olivier. I honestly thought it was the Thai's I had to be wary of, but I was wrong. Still over the next few weeks I'll be posting and letting you know my outcome.

You still want a “get even section”: with the amount of crap that has occured with the likes of Motozone etc in Thailand recently, to deter these crooks, would it not be a reasonable idea to stick on a section in this section of the board a "Caution" area, rather than black marking? Just an idea, as if a few Thailand biker boards worked on these together, maybe the weasals can be ironed out of business, and it would be a good public service, although I do realise this is not what this board and forum where set up for.
You’ve got 10 bikes. But I don’t see any input from you re road & trip reports. Maybe you don’t ride bikes, only collect them, but “this is not what this board and forum where set up for.” For me the real question is: “Do you want to contribute something? Or are you just interested in feathering your own nest with more bikes & settling a score with someone?” I don’t know, but these though cross my mind.
From my experience here, many of the farang doing business are no more trustworthy than the locals. Perhaps some of us get lulled into a false sense of security in "sabai land", but the golden rule should always be caveat emptor, no?
Now I hope you haven’t taken offence Muzz, but if you're in Chiang Mai, then let’s go for a ride sometime - just the Samoeng loop perhaps? That would be doing something. I'm sure there's a lot to talk about & “we” could even write it up as a trip report as having done something.
