Hi Friends,

Could someone tell me if it exists a Kawasaki KSR 110 auto ?

Does someone has any information on Kawasaki KSR 110 price and the better place to go in BKK ?

Thanks in advance.

The KSR isnt auto, its a foot clutch manual (4 speed ??)..

You can modify them with kit parts for hand clutch and more gears I think. But no CVT auto.

Hi Friends, Hi LivinLOS,

Thanks for your answer, in fact my son 8 years old would like one but I wonder if he will be able to use the gear box ??? Thus i am wondering if it's a good choice..

Its clutchless so I would think its still simple enough.. We all (presumably) learnt on geared bikes..

Azoulay,
My Kids are 8 & 10 and they have a KLX110. Same engine as the KSR but a lot lighter and without all the Bits that can get broken. It has a Block on the 4th Gear so only has 3 which is fast enough. You can have the Block removed so it is the same 4 speed as the KSR110. Automatic Clutch is good for them to start and until Your Son gets more confidence he would be happy to just ride around in first? I would start with a KLX over a KSR but that is only My opinion? Good Luck Sir.

Hi Friends, Hi Ian,

Thanks a lot for your reply, happy to see the support of GT-Rider members on such out of the box issue...

Good advice I will vist a shop who can supply both model and compare... I was also wondering about the weight of the KSR (84 Kg) which is a bit heavy for a young kid, I expect the KLX to be lighter !

How do you block the 4th gear ? Is it a stock accessory or option ?

The KLX110 comes with the 4th Gear Blocked standard. I am told the 4 Gear is still inside just a matter of taking out the Blocking Plate? As I said, the same Engine and Box as the KSR.
