Last week, we pulled into Fang about 5 PM. At the divided highway section at the south end of town, all traffic was using the right half of the road, while a big street fair occupied the left side.

Turns out, this happens every Tuesday in Fang. None of our group had ever been there for it. Lots of food vendors and typical Thai shopping. Many were selling warm winter clothing.

About 6 PM, they fired up the music for the entire town to hear. The wall of speakers, a live band, and some good singers. Luckily, everything shut down around 10 PM.
