Was in Phu Chi Fah 2 nights ago. Checked the PCF Resort Inn - prices were 1200THB for the larger & 500THB for the smaller bungalows. (I have the impression there is collusion concerning pricing in the area as I understand from others these exact prices are quoted for different accommodation all over the village - even for 'Thai' mattresses & 'brick' pillows!).
There's a further article in the Northern Thailand general section (perhaps better placed here) for anyone looking for accommodation in the area.

Up-market accommodation on Route 1155 (Thoeng/Chiang Kham to Phu Chi Fah). UpCountry Bungalows provides a peaceful getaway spot in the mountains of Northern Thailand. At this small, modern resort you'll find many amenities, with both English and Thai spoken.

Each room is provided with a queen-size bed, top quality furniture, lighting and linens. House keeping is available as required. An extra folding bed can be provided for a third person. There is satellite TV in every bungalow with both western and Thai movies, CNN, BBC and financial networks.

Attached, tiled bathrooms with private outdoor showers add to your comfort.

The property has great views of the sunrise and sunset over the mountains. Each bungalow is surrounded with a myriad of tropical plants and flowers. There is an abundance of birds, wildlife and local farm animals such as chickens, ducks, cattle, horses and water buffalo. The local temple, Thai village, and farm life are part of the local ambiance.
