On a slightly lighter note than the other ranting and raving thread, but seriously... how much gear do you don when you ride? I do admit to open face helmet, t-shirt, shorts and trainers if I am going down to 7/11, but on planned routes it will be full face, alpinestar boots, gloves and my armored jeans minimum and maybe put my armored mesh jacket on. Thing is, I know I can take a tumble anytime anywhere, but does anyone suit-up for short trips?
