I have been offered a 250 KLX bike from a friend at a resonable price, but with no plate or green book...

1. should I even look at it to buy or will the police inpound it straight away???

2. can a non plated or book bike be expored from thailand?

3. i love riding but dont want to waste my money..... what roughly is the price range for a 4ish year old KLX 250?

This is basically all that needs to be said or known about this topic. The only possible addition is the word "good" - in front of book and plate. Know how to differentiate between valid and doctored paperwork.
