That's supposed to be ME (hands straight up), of course.
Having a database works if the shirts are coming from the same supplier all the time & we are using the same size chart.
However so far we have used 2 different suppliers with 2 different size charts; and we are now seeking a 3rd shirt supplier, because supplier # 2 does not want to do long sleeve shirts for GTR or accept more orders for dark (biker) colours anymore as they have an issue with their printer & dark colours.
I don't doubt that supplier # 3 may well have a different size chart scale.
The mistake in your order was totally mine & I apologize. I misread 44 (XL) for 4XL. Mea culpa sir.
