Following on from the success of the inaugural Mae Hong Son International Music night & a request from the officials in MHS a Part 2 Mae Hong Son International Music Night was held on 10th November 2012.
At the same time the 4th TJ John Hamilton - Simon Siinthai Grant Memorial Ride to Mae Hong Son was held. There's a report for the ride up already & I think it might be best to just have a thread here for music night photos.
So a few happy snaps from me & there's not many from me this time round.
The long neck trio
these gals were a bit nervous about the big stage this year & Alan Pratt tinkled away on drums behind them so that they weren't alone! You're a good man Alan.
It was very pleasing to see riders form their own groups & ride to MHS.
Nat & the guys from Piston Shop
Ek & the KTM guys.
JG & a North Comets group.
Tony Bkk & the guys from Bangkok - well done fellahs, that's quite a ride & weekend you had.
The Vice governor, head of police & army in MHS -all requested more MHS Music nights - every 6 months / twice a year they want it!
Its funny how a simple music night in MHS pulls in the old timers...
Art, Rande & Oliver long time mates / old timers of Cnx with near on a hundred years in Cnx between us. Not bad eh?
Something a little more easier on the eye.
The hard working staff of the Sunflower restaurant.
Literally run off their feet on the night, but they all had a good time & want more MHS Music nights - sanuk dee they say!
At the end of night
the bands / organisers.
Thanks to everyone who came - both for the music night & memorial ride. It was a pleasure for me & I'm sure MHS too.
I don't have many photos at all, but there should be a lot more guys, so please put your MHS party photos up.
