So after having a great morning ride on the road to Doi Ang Khang i decided to go see if this road, the 1178 had been resurfaced. Well some of it has, some of it has had pot holes filled in. Some is being worked on. But most of it hasn't. On my bike not a huge problem but its a pitty as the toad twists and turns tightly…a lot. it gets even better is it becomes the 1322, the southern end of the loop..its been resurfaced well. So even though the first part was a bit if a shocker, the views and the road out was fun.
