The Pop Pae is still a very nice establishment.
The bf has improved greatly.

The premises are really superb, and it does seem to be overkill for Chai Prakarn?
Somebody has good taste and money, so I wonder what the story is.

I used to go to the Pop Pae since years for lunch or afternoon coffee and cakes/croissants and yes it has improved again, maybe some day in the near future we meet there for brunch. Places like this one need to be visited from time to time as it would be a shame if such restaurants must shut down because of lack of customers.
