Hello all,

I'm looking for feedbacks regarding 2 possible trips in December:
- Vietnam (up to Halong Bay)
- Malaysia (and then, Kuala Lumpur potentially).

So if any visited those countries in December during xmas break and happy to share his/her point of view, it will be great great.

Important:
Just one mandatory criteria: riding from Thailand is mandatory to match what I'm planning to do.

Thanks in advance!
Nico.

Getting into Vietnam is an issue,
Generally you need to go via a tour company.
You can't just rock up to the border & ride in

Rode my HD Pattaya Singapore quite a few times, Nov, Dec, Jan
As you get more south the weather warms, as does the humidity.
Roads in Malaysia are the best I have ever ridden on.
Seen 7C here in CNX so if you starting from here better dress warm

Recent reports from Laos indicate a fuel shortage, so take that into consideration also.
