Hi guys, I'm planning to enter Vietnam from Phongsali this end September. Have read reports Chiang Mai - Hanoi & Back by David Unk & Silverhawk, also a report by Mark & Niki. Those report and the picture in it were stunning and inspire me to go there. Planning to ride there by end of September. From both reports seem the route to the border are under construction. It's still as it is since the last ride reports? Hopefully someone can give me the indication then.
