Insurance covering Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia

I'm looking to take a bike around Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia. The bike will be bought in Vietnam.
Is there any 3rd party insurance that covers all of these countries? In particular, one that can be purchased from Vietnam?
I'm guessing the policy mentioned by DavidFl only covers Thailand...
