hey guys, i just got this sudden urge to buy a real bike instead of the honda click.

looking for recommendations on what bike and where to buy it :)

i will use it mostly in the city but also take it for a ride up the mountains once in a while.
i also have this huge empty space around here so a somewhat stunt/wheelie-friendly bike would be nice.
im 22yrs old so a younglooking bike aswell thx ;)

looking to pay 50-90k baht or something like that but thats not set in stone.

thanks for all the help

'Decent' super moto will cost a fair chunk more than that IMO.

At the top of your price range your just coming into the d-tracker market, but hard to really call that 'wheelie friendly' power output. Theres a clean looking unbooked XR400SM at the x-center around 120 (or 140k ??).. Couple of DRZ400's at 140 and 150 in Chiang mai right now but both without green books also. Lukes white one is for sale at 150 and is a nice bike but the book issue is a concern for city use.

For sale Honda 250 ccm 2 stroke, with number plate and green book in Chiang Mai. I have the corresponding front wheel, it looks like the rear wheel. 17 ".

thanks for the reply, yea that white one for 120k looks really nice but i dont know enough about what probs i will get using it in the city so im probably gonna buy a bike with a green book. looks like i have to upp the budget to like 120k and get a d-tracker :)

Apologies.. I had sent Angkor1 a message about the 2 stroke CRM.

Never heard anything back..

Also I am subscribed to this thread, yet dont get any subscriptions from GT-R any more..

That just me ??

I am looking for on/off road wheels for my drz 400e.I have 400sm wheels on the bike and want to change them out.Any ideas or help with finding some would be great. Thanks

Living Lost I m not recieved your message. Bike is for sale I m back in Thailand 02.01.2012 Maybe you send me a phone number.

LivinLOS is out of comms for at least a week or so, I will guess.
And I wouldnt think he would still be interested as he has bought a 2-stroke in the mean time.
