I live in Cambodia and have a DRZ400 with FMF powercore muffler.
    It needs repacking.

Has anyone in Cambodia found a place that sells muffler packing material.

I would like to avoid ordering genuine from US and paying extortionate airfreight charges.

    I've heard fibreglass works.

I used fiberglass home insulation on my VFR pipe.

I've used fiberglass home insulation a ton of times. For some reason the home insulation stuff seemed to break down a little quicker than the factory stuff, I'm sure its manufactured a bit different. However its cheap and plentiful.

    Hi Racer
How long / how many km's did the home insulation last ?

Hard to say about KM lasted. I used it for dirt bikes so no mileage calcs. I would repack them about every 6-9 months, depending how lazy I was feeling.

    Good luck.
