Had to stay in Pyay (Pee) for one night for business and used the lovely MINGALAR GARDEN RESORT, one night was USD 50.-. Very good value, Resort style with some ponds and bungalows, need to ask for 'western style' bungalow, japanese style ones everything is done on the floor; sleeping, eating,.......good internet connection and good food in Restaurant, except the breakfast.
