Historic Adventure Charity Rally
Seven days of riding, covering over 1,500km

In April 2011, an exclusive group of committed bikers will ride the remnants of the original Ho Chi Minh Trail in Vietnam to raise money for local children still afflicted by a war that finished over 35 years ago.

This charity ride is open to all licensed motorcycle riders who have a sense of adventure and a desire to give something back to Vietnam.

The Rally will depart Hanoi on April 13, and follow the Ho Chi Minh Trail through famous battlegrounds where the scars of war are still visible, including Khe Sanh, Hamburger Hill, the DMZ, Vinh Moc tunnels, the national war cemetery, the former border, and the Mu Gia pass, amongst others. While the ride ends at Phu Bai airport near Hue, the group will fly to HCM City for a few days of R&R and sightseeing.

Complete the Rally on a beautiful, comfortable, old style, bucket-seat, 650cc Ural, which were used by the military in Vietnam in their heyday.

A full 40% of Rally fees will be directed through the Intrepid Foundation (http://www.theintrepidfoundation.org) and distributed to one of their supported charities in Vietnam, the Blue Dragon Children's Foundation, (http://www.bdcf.org), which works with children in northern and central Vietnam.

Challenge yourself. A once in a lifetime experience!
