SE Asia Honda XR200 vs old USA XR200 version engines?

I know the SE Asian version has a different bore and stroke, and electric start where the USA version did not.

I'm wondering if a stroker crank made for the US version would fit in the Asian version? I think the cases or at least the case bolt pat
