Hello everyone,

I'm currently searching for reputable motorcycle wreckers or salvage yards across Southeast Asia. Whether you're in Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, or beyond, if you've had positive experiences with local wreckers, I'd love to hear about them.

Specifically, I'm interested in:

  • Availability of parts for popular brands like Honda, Yamaha, and Kawasaki
  • Pricing and quality of used components
  • Any eco-friendly or sustainable practices employed by these wreckers
  • Tips on negotiating or finding rare parts
Your insights and recommendations would be greatly appreciated!

Bikes get flogged to death until they drop, is my experience, in Thailand.

Maybe the local mechanic has a badly maintained and flogged wreck out the back of the workshop. But that's entirely local knowledge gained from a personal visit.

I've not seen any Thai wrecker websites. Google search is your friend.

Is this a business scouting venture?
