With respect, invoice papers do not guarantee a green book. No matter how nice the bike is I think you'll never get your asking price without a green book. If getting a green book possible why haven't you gotten one? It will make your bike much more attractive to potential buyers. Just my two satang. (Oh, and pictures are always nice)
