Lampang Rider

Wanted to say Hello and introduce myself. I came across this site by accident while looking for bike parts and after browsing around the site looks like a good group of folks. I have been an avid motorcycle rider since I was a kid in the states and now continue to ride here. I have always been a sport bikes guy but did my fair share of dirt bike and ATV riding. I currently have a Yamaha R3 which is a fun little canyon carver albeit not loaded with power. I did do a few things to it to add a bit of more but it is what it is.

I hope to be able to meet up with some riders for day runs. Its far more fun to ride with others than by yourself all the time.

Hello there Jafo

Im a norwegian guy based in Lampang too. Not for the whole year though, but I spend 2-3 months pr year here. I ride a Honda Crf250L here so Im not exactly a rocket. But I love to ride the smaller roads here up north and sometimes over to Isaan as well.

Hey Nice to meet you. I live here full time and have for quite some time. I really enjoy the roads in Lampang to any of the surrounding areas. Just pick a road and ride. They are quite nice and being I ride during the week they are almost always free of any cars and trucks. I usually mount up my GoPro and vid much of them for fun. I also pack along my Drone to take aerial vids if I see something that grabs my eye. I opted for a small CC big here versus the big liter bike like I owned in the USA. Around here there really is no need for a liter sportbike. I do wish however that Yamaha would release a YZF-R4 and make it a 4 cyl.

Maybe we can meet up some day on one of the GTR runs they have.
