    Back in hospital @ Sriburin, Chiang Rai
    Spinal issue diagnosis bone spurs on L3-L5 plus poor alignment lower back.
    Minor condition but multiple spurs.
    Surgery not needed.
    Rest and strong medication.
    Lifestylchange- recommended - less riding + lose weight.
    Use a walker.

    After a short escape for a couple of nights, back home, incapacitated with a bad back. It is either a shagger's back, sciatia or a herniated disc. I struggle to dress myself & can't put my own shoes and socks on. Painful to move it is, and my research assistant claims I did it in bed on the 2nd night. So perhaps at 72 that is a nice achievement. Cheers one & all - keep the power on.

    Pulling my hair out with a computer reformat.
    Another ongoing project behind the scenes for the last 2 weeks.
    Hopefully all sorted by the end of next week.

    Back home from a rained out planned 5 day trip. That ended being 2 rain soaked nights.

    Back on the Khong @ Chiang Khong after a week in Chiang Mai, dealing with bureaucracy, doctors, traffic and shit roads.

    Grrh. Stuck in chiang rai with a broken down Vstrom. Not happy. At least it wasn't up in the mountains. Waiting for the shop to open to take a look at the motor.
