FIRST LET ME SAY THIS IS A RUMOR:

Got this from a friend, we have guys going with bikes with no plates, so kind of importatn to them. Let me say hi ha not been confirmed a of yet.

Just heard Lampang Bike Week's been cancelled, police pulling all with no plates, and if no green book being impounded, 10k for release.

Just a whisper, could do with confirmation.

One of the guys contacted the organizers they have verfied that nothing unusual has been planned for the event. No additional Police at all.
